Seasonal homes

Second homes need someone who knows them. I open them, close them and look in between, so you arrive to a house that is warm, clean and working.
Opening the lake house
- Water on, lines and pressure checked, appliances run
- Irrigation started and every zone tested
- Dock and boat lift put in for the season, arranged with your marine contractor
- Boat delivered to your dock and ready when you arrive
- Deep clean, linens made up, patio furniture out
- Fridge and pantry stocked to your tastes and allergies, kept on file so next year is a breeze
Closing the lake house
- Irrigation lines blown out before the first frost
- Water shut off and drained where needed
- Dock taken out, boat and gear stored, covers on
- Fridge cleared, house locked down, report sent
Readying the mountain chalet
- Heat set and pipes checked before the first cold snap
- Roof and snow clearing arranged for the season
- Firewood stacked, boot dryers and gear room set up

About me
Hi, I'm Cindy
I take every request personally. I named this business Nth Degree because I will always go the extra mile to make sure everything goes right.
I am a problem solver. I stay calm in an emergency, I think outside the box, and I keep going until the job is done properly. My clients tell me what they need, and I find a way to make it happen.
I have travelled to more than 45 countries, so a new airport, a language barrier or a change of plans does not rattle me. I am a mother of three, I love sports, and I love to chat with people, so I am easy company on a long trip, at a dinner or on a quiet afternoon.
I have lived with dogs, cats, birds, rabbits and lizards, and I spent many summers at Thunderbird, so I am happy to help with any equestrian arrangements you need. I am also a breathwork and somatic inquiry facilitator and a sound bowl player. I am intuitive, kind and caring, and that is part of how I look after people.

- Organizing a complicated gala, with a cashless payment system and online bidding
- Escorting travellers: minors and clients who were unwell, to and from international destinations
- Companion at special events: a high-end wedding in Rome and Sicily, and an event in New York City
- Snowbirds: took them south, set up their homes in Mexico, then went back to pack up and bring them home
- Homes and hosting: prepared a house with a real Christmas tree, ready for busy clients to arrive and decorate
- Private jet travel arranged for clients
- Animals: dogs, cats, birds, rabbits and reptiles, plus equestrian arrangements
